Summary:
I had an amazing experience. Jimmy is a patient and efficient teacher. I was able to fully learn the rhythms he showed me on the drums and more than one variation of a traditional dance all in one hour. He takes his time to ensure that you understand and can do each step but also encourages you to naturally enjoy yourself, connecting with the art without being too caught up in learning. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ghana and interested in connecting deeper through culture. Thanks again for an unforgettable experience !

This was one of my favorite experiences in a trip filled with wonderful experiences. It was so fun playing the drums and dancing - and getting to move to a Ghanian rhythm. Our teacher was fun and intuitively knew the best way to approach different styles of learning. We loved it.
